Claude has performed with Lebanese Philharmonic orchestra Beethoven, Mozart, Khachaturian, Brahms and the Bruch violin concerto.

A film “biography” by Boris Penth on Claude’s life and career has been broadcasted over the world on WDR, 3Sat, ABC1 Australia, Euro arts.

BiographyClaude Chalhoub, born in Lebanon, attended the Lebanese Conservatoire before entering the Royal College of Music in London as winner of the prestigious Queen Mother Scholarship award. Fluent in Classical Western music and co-concert master for Barenboim’s ‘West-Eastern Divan’ Workshop & Orchestra,
His eponymous debut release on Teldec Classics International is the result of an exclusive recording contract and produced by Michael Brook who has overseen numerous crossover efforts like the RealWorld releases.
Diwan is the second album produced by Herzog records, in collaboration with the Guewandhausorkester of Leipzig. The album offers original compositions for violin solo and orchestra.
Claude Chalhoub, violinist, composer has performed the classical repertoire for violin around the world with the most prestigious halls and orchestras, including the London symphony orchestra, halle symphony “performing Korngold violin concerto” and Holland symphony at the famous Concertgebouw with the national ballet.
